Friends of Alpha Phi Alpha, Gamma Epsilon, UW Madison

This message is to pass on some information related to the upcoming reunion of Alphas at the University of Wisconsin. The Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha, Gamma Epsilon are having a reunion and would like to invite you to participate in the celebration. We have planned a weekend of activities and would like to see our fellow Greeks and friends participate. Wisconsin is hosting Purdue University, Saturday, 22 October, 2005, 2:30pm.

HOTEL

Hotel rooms are being held in the name of Alpha Phi Alpha at the Wingate Inn, 3510 Mill Pond Road, Madison, 800-510-3510, 608-224-1500. The rate is $79 per night plus 10.5% tax, which includes a full hot breakfast buffet. Please call the hotel to book your room(s). Currently, we have (27) rooms booked for our event. Rooms are going very quickly so please do not delay! Remember, you can cancel up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty.

FOOTBALL TICKETS

GOLF

Golf is being planned for the weekend by Brother Robert Weatherby (weather permitted). Please respond directly to Brother Weatherby to confirm your intent to participate ( askbee@charter.net ). Green fees will be paid directly to the course(s). Collections for games for the day will be collected at the course prior to play (i.e. – Closest to the pin, Longest Drive, Skins, etc.).
